These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your booking of the Ember & Tide apartment in Kapparis, Protaras, Cyprus. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. The Property
Ember & Tide is a 2-bedroom apartment within the Blue Electra Complex, Kapparis, Protaras. The accommodation sleeps up to 5 guests, with a crib available on request. The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded unless agreed in advance in writing.
2. Bookings and Payment
Reservations are made through our booking provider, Hospitable. Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation. Prices, deposits, payment schedules, and any applicable taxes or fees are shown during the booking process.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation and refund terms applicable to your stay are presented at the time of booking and form part of your agreement. Please review them carefully before confirming. [Insert your specific cancellation policy here.]
4. Check-In, Check-Out and House Rules
- Check-in: from 16:00 (self check-in).
- Check-out: by 11:00.
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- The apartment welcomes couples and families. It is not suitable for parties, events, or group bookings of friends.
- Please respect the neighbours and complex quiet hours, and treat the apartment and shared facilities with care.
- The communal pool at Blue Electra Complexis closed for renovation until approximately July 2026. Guests may use the swimming pool at the partner hotel next door free of charge, subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions and respectful behaviour.
5. Guest Responsibilities and Liability
You are responsible for the property during your stay and for any damage caused by you or your party beyond reasonable wear and tear. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
